Here is the June 2017 LA meeting video honoring Jeanette and Nelson. Thanks as always to Tracy Wilborn for putting our event video together so beautifully!  We’ve come such a long way over these years, haven’t we? 

Today in J/N History

1965 Jeanette MacDonald's funeral. Nelson Eddy was the last one out of the church, as the newsreel footage shows, plus he was comforted as the "widower" by Lauritz Melchior and others rather than Gene Raymond, her legal husband.
