Nelson fans should check out Cairo…as there’s a huge photo of him hanging in the lobby of the movie theater in which Jeanette and Ethel Waters speak with Robert Young. No doubt this was a cute idea from director Woody Van Dyke to cheer up Jeanette after Nelson angrily bought out his contract and left MGM.
