Nelson Eddy sings four 15 minutes shows from the 1950s. Two of them were for the Armed Forces and the other two are for cancer research and celebrate the United States and Oklahoma in particular, with Nelson singing selections from the Broadway show of the same name. The last two shows most utilize Nelson’s recordings from May of 1952 with Virginia Haskins. The sound is excellent on this album.
